Change the pillars of current medical work by supporting preventative care through FOOD and WELL-BEING
One Month Package Includes:
An initial 1-hour consultation for me to get to know you.
We will discuss:
- Your past experiences with diet.
- Your relationship with food.
- What areas of health you struggle with.
- What are your health goals and how can we start getting you there.
- Understand Primary vs. Secondary foods.
Followed by two 50-minute sessions per month (Can be done in person, on the phone, through Skype, etc.)
Including:
- Coaching and support that teaches you how to change dietary and lifestyle behaviors
- Constant communication and support through email and social media.
- Informative handouts, books, and various resources that help you gain knowledge on your health needs
- Specific recommendations for your nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle goals.
